You can make unlimited revisions to the report after you publish it. Also, those revisions are made to the original report, so you don't need to worry about notifying clients/agents that the report has changed.
In the Inspector Nexus Mobile application, open the inspection you'd like to modify. You will notice the inspection is marked as "Published" and will display the date the publication took place:
Once the inspection is open, select "Revise Inspection":
You can now make the desired changes to your inspection:
Once completed, select the "Finalize" icon at the lower right corner:
You will then see the publication screen. Because we are working on a published report, you will see the following:
Select "Republish".
You will have three options, "Cancel", "Republish", and "Republish and email", which are described below:
Any of the options will help you republish the report, however, there is slight difference:
"Republish" will give you the opportunity to see the report immediately using the device's default browser app. Don't worry! You can still email the report afterward!
"Republish and Email" will give you the option to email the report out to the client, agent, yourself, or anyone who needs it.

Here, we will select "Republish".
The app will then start syncing all of the inspection's data to the cloud. Remember that this requires a strong internet connection and the process duration will depend on the weight of those files.
The report will then pop up in the device's default browser:
The URL at the top of the screen is the report's address. You can copy and paste it to any other app for visualization, sharing, or saving.
"Republish and Email"
If you choose the "Republish and Email" option, you will still see the following message:

You will then be asked about the report's recipients. Here you can add as many email addresses as you wish. You can add the client, agent, or anyone who needs it.
Select "NEXT".
The report's URL will then be emailed to the selected recipients. This is what they will see in their inbox:
