There are usually 3 main reasons that a report hasn't finished publishing fully yet:
Your report contains a relatively large number of photos / videos.
As we need to upload all media when you publish your report, uploading many large files can take longer than usual.
Your inspection was performed using multiple devices.
If you encounter errors when using multiple devices, make sure you press the "publish" button from all devices used.
Your internet connection is slow or unstable.
When publishing your report, please make sure you are using a stable internet connection, such as LTE, 5G, or WiFi. This is especially important when publishing reports with a large number of photos/videos.
